Water slide is the evolution from traditional land slide, an activity by climbing to the top of the slide and then sliding down the line. Water slide is one of water equipment rising in recent years for children and adults, commonly found in the water park, amusement park and children playground, which is suitable for 3-30 year-old crowd. Classification

Water slide is mainly divided into inflatable water slides and plastic water slides.

Inflatable water slide, which is made of the different materials such as PVC, and is inflated by blower or other blowing equipment in advance or in operation to set the slide modeling, has mainly a variety of cartoon characters, placed in parks, playgrounds for the kids to play.

Plastic water slide,whose materials contain engineering plastic, PVC plastic, fiberglass, resin, steel frame, and galvanized pipe. The models of plastic water slides are mainly spiral, straight and wavy. The kind of water slide are always placed in the water park for children playing in the water , in which kids can enjoy the thrill of gliding from a height to the water.

Advantages and disadvantages

Inflatable water slide:

Advantages: It can be folded and customized, has different styles and models, covers an area of small, is convenient to store and transfer, and is easy to maintain.

Cons: The slide surface is fixed, spiral slide can not be produced, and is easy to leak and damage.

Plastic water slide:

Pros: The kind of water slide is large-scale and high grade, and has a variety of slippery surfaces, such as spiral, high slope, wave, S-type, etc.

Cons: The kind of water slide is inconvenient to move,can not be folded,is inconvenient to store, needs specially-assigned person to install, covers an area of large, and is not easy to maintain.
