1. What is the best way to store my Wolong water product?

Whenever possible, rinse your Wolong water product with fresh water and dry thoroughly before deflating. Deflating with the use of an electric pump is the best way to remove all remaining air in the bladder. Fold into thirds and flat-roll toward the valve, pushing air out as you go. Store in a warm, dry location, away from sun exposure. Take precautions to keep your product away from pests, such as mice, which may eat and/or nest in the stored item.

2. Is salt water OK for my Wolong water product?

Wolong water products are designed for use in both fresh and salt water. However, extended use in salt water can reduce the life of your product. Whenever possible, rinse your Wolong water product with fresh water and dry thoroughly before storing in a cool, dry location.

3. How to make a repair?

Towables & Lounges (PVC with a cover): Use the zipper access in the cover to remove the inner bladder from the cover. Locate and mark all leaks (there may be more than one). Clean & dry the area in question. Use the PVC repair kit provided with your product to repair the leak. Contact us, or your Wolong water distributor, for a premium repair kit specifically designed for Wolong recreational items. Check the bladder for leaks before putting it back inside the cover. Platinum (fabric-reinforced PVC - no cover): Locate and mark all leaks (there may be more than one). Clean & dry the area in question. Use the PVC repair kit provided with your product to clean, prepare and patch the leak. 4. How can I protect my product from UV damage?

We encourage the use of 303 Aerospace Protectant because it protects from UV damage and can significantly extend the life of products which are regularly exposed to the sun's damaging rays. Make sure to confirm the appropriate type of 303 for your product; PVC items should use 303 Aerospace Protectant for vinyl while fabric-covered items like platforms and towables may want to consider 303 Fabric Guard.
